FREE PARK AND RIDE FOR ALL PUBLIC SPECTATORS ATTENDING THE EVENT.

All Public Ticket holders (INCLUDING ADVANCE TICKET HOLDERS) will be directed to a Park and Ride site.

West Park and Ride: Located at Broomhall Farm, Sunningdale SL5 0HD. This will be for spectators travelling from the WEST (M3 and M4).

East Park and Ride: Located on the Review Ground of Windsor Great Park Crown Estate SL4 2BB. This will be for spectators travelling from the M25/London/East/North.

ALL CAR PARKING IS FREE AND THERE IS A FREE BUS SHUTTLE FROM THE PARK AND RIDES TO THE TENTED VILLAGE AT THE BMW PGA CHAMPIONSHIP.

Car Parks will open from 06.00am.

Shuttle Bus Hours of Operation.
Wednesday 22nd May: 08.00hrs - 18.00hrs
Thursday 23rd May and Friday 24th May: 06.30hrs - 21.00hrs
Saturday 25th May and Sunday 26th May: 06.45hrs - 19.30hrs

The bus shuttle service will run continuously throughout the day.

Spectators are reminded to follow the event signage which will be in place directing them to the correct off-site car parks for onward travel to the BMW PGA Championship. THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE WENTWORTH ESTATE FOR SPECTATORS VEHICLES EXCEPT THOSE DISPLAYING VALID CAR PARK LABELS OR BMW OWNERS.

BMW Owners, Official Badge Holders and pre-paid parking will be able to park on site as in previous years. There will be NO parking charge for BMW Owners and Official Badge Holders.

If you are travelling in a BMW Group vehicle (MINI & Rolls-Royce) you do not need a car park label, just follow the event signage to BMW Owners’ Car Park. If you have a dedicated car park label please follow the event signage to your car park label.

Pre-Paid Parking labels will be issued in advance with Car Park 8 label passes. Please follow the event signage to Car Park 8 and Pre-Paid Parking.

TRAVEL BY TRAIN.

Virginia Water Station is only a five minute bus trip from the entrance to the Welcome Pavilion and a FREE shuttle service will run on a continuous loop to and from the event throughout each day from Tuesday. This service will run on Tuesday and Wednesday from 09.00hrs – 17.00hrs and on Thursday to Sunday from 07.00hrs – 20.00hrs.

Virginia Water Station can be accessed easily from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Reading, Woking, Weybridge and many other stations.

DISABLED CUSTOMERS.

There will be dedicated reserved disabled car park bays at both Park and Ride Car Parks for those spectators who have vehicles displaying a blue badge. Wheelchair users and those who cannot avail of the FREE public park and ride shuttle scheme should contact our hotline on 0800 023 2557 or email tickets@europeantour.com for further arrangements.

It is reminded that blue badge holders will not automatically be admitted access to the Wentworth estate. Any spectator who requires special assistance and parking on site must contact 0800 023 2557 or email tickets@europeantour.com to ensure they are issued with a car park label to access the event.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR TUESDAY 21ST MAY – OFFICIAL PRACTICE DAY.

Due to the reduced number of spectators on the official practice day, ALL parking will be on site at Wentworth. Please follow event signage directing you to the onsite car park.
