About 14,500 golfers from all over Germany entered the BMW Golf Cup International in 2011. At the weekend, this figure was reduced to just the four national winners. Sabine Möschel (Ladies, handicap up to 28.4), Dennis Lissner (Men's A, up to 12.4), Dirk Ziglowski (Men's B, 12.5 to 28.4) and Dirk Wölk (Special class C, 28.5 to 36) will travel to Singapore in March 2012 for the World Final of the largest international series for amateur golfers. They triumphed in their respective categories at the Germany Final at the Golf- und Land-Club Berlin-Wannsee.

The final four players at the Germany Final of the 2011 BMW Golf Cup International were determined at the weekend. At Regional Final II in Munich, Dennis Lißner (Men's A), Sabine Möschel (Ladies), Leon von Elm (Men's B) and Dirk Wölk (Special class C) emerged victorious from their respective classes. The quartet now travels to Berlin to go head-to-head with the amateur golfers who qualified from Regional Final I. From 7th to 9th October, the Golf- und Land-Club Berlin-Wannsee will host the qualification for the World Final (Singapore, 5th to 10th March 2012). The duels in Berlin will be played in a Matchplay format.
