Since 1st May 2018, professionals and amateurs alike have had the opportunity to enter the BMW TrackMan Open!

Since 1st May 2018, professionals and amateurs alike have had the opportunity to enter the BMW TrackMan Open! The global competition is split into two categories (Ladies and Open) with monthly cash prizes and an overall cash prize up for grabs. The top amateurs will also be rewarded with a place in the Pro-Am at the prestigious BMW PGA Championship next year.

The competition is extremely close in both the Ladies and Open categories. The Open class is currently led by American Chris Killmer with a score of 94 points. He is closely followed by Patrick Reed. In the Ladies class, last month’s winner Frida Kinhult, from Sweden, leads the way with 86.8 points.

BMW TrackMan Open

Golf enthusiasts still have until 31st October 2018 to take on the pros. To do so, all you must do is run a special programme – the “TrackMan Combine Test” – which comprises 60 shots with a total of ten virtual targets. Depending on the accuracy of the shots, a total score of between 0 and 100 is calculated and transferred to a live leaderboard.
