The 19th hole.
The BMW International Open is also a top-class event away from the greens and fairways. Located at the heart of the site, the Tournament Village allows partners of Germany’s most prestigious professional golf tournament to showcase themselves, demonstrate exciting golf-related innovations, and invite the public to take part in attractive activities. The beer garden comes complete with a view of the central video screen. Take a seat, grab yourself something to eat and drink from the neighbouring catering tents, and relax in front of the video screen without missing a single shot.
A BMW sporting event would not be complete without sheer driving pleasure. With this in mind, the BMW vehicle exhibition takes centre stage in the Tournament Village. Here, visitors can experience for themselves how BMW combines pioneering premium mobility, sustainability, connectivity, comfort and driving pleasure.
Live Programme.
On each day of the tournament, the video wall will show live interviews with players and other fascinating guests at the BMW International Open. Guiding visitors through the programme will be none other than the hosts of the successful “Tee Time” podcast. Jens Zielinski, Florian Fritsch and Bernd Ritthammer look forward to seeing you and to some entertaining chats with their guests.
Golfsport.
At the BMW International Open, you do not need to stop at simply watching the stars of the DP World Tour ply their trade on the Championship Course. You too can pick up a club. Whether big or small, beginner or established golfer: various offerings invite you to get involved yourself – and to win attractive prizes.
Up close and personal with the stars.
In front of the recording tent at the putting green, you have the opportunity to get your favourite players’ autographs or pose for a selfie.
Please ensure that you do not disrupt the players’ concentration before and during the round, and that you do not approach them on their way to the recording tent. Only when the players have submitted their scorecard there have they completed their round.
