BMW International Open 2025.

Experience more.

2026 BMW International Open.

For all those who can't get enough golf.

With an extremely entertaining ProAm featuring an array of stars, followed by four thrilling rounds of world-class golf, the tournament week will fly by. However, the experience does not simply stop after the 18th hole for anyone who, like BMW Golfsport, is “Driven by Passion”. With this in mind, this year’s BMW International Open will again feature some enthralling extras, such as the “Launch Control” long drive event, live episodes of the tournament podcast with the makers of “Tee Time”, and “Eagles for Education”, the BMW Group’s commitment to young people, educational equality and future prospects for all.

It's going to be long and loud.

This year, the grandstands around the 18th green will again be transformed into a long drive arena: Launch Control is back!

Early on Saturday evening, after the conclusion of round three (around 17:30), the stage will be set for a spectacular duel between long drive world champions Martin Borgmeier (GER, 2022) and Zack Holton (USA, 2025). A number of surprise guests will also play their part in what promises to be a spectacular golf event of a very special kind – one that needs to be seen to be believed. Admission is free from 16:00 on the Saturday, allowing sports fans to witness “Launch Control” and the closing stages of the third round free of charge.

Tee Time Podcast LIVE.

With “Tee Time”, Jens Zielinski, Florian Fritsch and Bernd Ritthammer have created one of the most popular German golf podcasts, and established a large fan base. “Tee Time” has also been the official podcast of the BMW International Open for a number of years, with unmissable daily episodes from Golfclub München Eichenried.

Eagles for Education.

At the BMW International Open, there are three reasons to celebrate every eagle: for the player, for the spectators, and for children and youngsters. The BMW Group views itself as part of the community and wishes to contribute to overcoming the challenges of today and tomorrow. With this in mind, the BMW Group is running “Eagles for Education” at BMW title tournaments around the world, in order to help ensure that all young people have access to an education.

This is the fourth year, in which the BMW Group will support a partner organisation by donating € 1,000 per eagle at the BMW International Open. Like last year, the 2026 organisation of choice is once again the Philipp Lahm Foundation for Sport and Education. The shared goal is to provide children and young people with expertise in the fields of exercise, nutrition and personal development.
